Ms. Sherri and Ms. Yvette you are my stress relievers...

I worry about a lot of things, but Diesel is not one of them. He is maturing more and more each day, talking his little head off and I know that is because he gets lots of attention, care and love from two very beautiful women, on the inside and out, on a daily basis. I thank God for you both every day and brag on you to all my friends and co-workers. Diesel is growing into a really big boy and you two have so much to do with that growth. My reasons for wanting to bring new Baby Janie to Palmetto Play Care...

I want her to have all of the love, care, affection and attention that Danny has received from you over the past years and is still receiving at the current time and I am sure he will receive once he is no longer in your care. I truly appreciate everything that you do with Danny and the progress that he is making. Believe me, I have visited many other daycare centers (home and large) over the summer and I know that what the two of you offer is one of a kind service. (Woodstream Academy Teacher)

I would recommend these two awesome ladies to anyone. Over the years, both my boys went to Palmetto Play Care and...

Our transition was great. Personally, I prefer a home daycare environment as opposed to a traditional center. My oldest son was a toddler when he first went to the ladies. He was very stubborn and set in his ways. Ms. Sherri and Ms. Yvette gave him nothing but love, compassion, and a firm understanding of what was going to happen day to day. He learned a great deal, but we moved when he was three and I had to take him out. Thanks to them, he was more than ready for his next step in the learning world.

My youngest son who is almost three now, started at PPC when he was just a few months old. He fell in love with Ms. Sherri, but went to Ms. Yvette for all the tuff stuff (like boo-boos, questions, etc...). They went above and beyond for me personally with my second child. Being a single parent they really turned into part of my family this time around. Noah learned so much, at one point I was giving him a bath while he was playing with a set of foam letters/numbers. He began pointing out the letters and saying their sounds. I was shocked, he knew all of them. I was so excited that I called Ms. Yvette right away to tell her. I just couldn't believe that my baby knew all of that. He was picking up Spanish very well, eating and trying new foods, making friends, and LISTENING (that was a big thing; I have strong-willed boys).

I would recommend these two awesome ladies to anyone. Especially as a first time parent, they take a ton of continuing education classes, and give great advice on anything and everything. They have seen and experienced a lot which makes them able to do so. Your child will be in great hands. I only wish that we had not moved away again and Noah was still in their care. The best thing I can say is if you have a question or want to know something about PPC ask them. They are honest and trustworthy; they treat all the kids like their own (literally). It is very apparent that your curriculum is helping DJ's development...

DJ did great at his doctor's visit. His gross motor skills are exceptional. We spent the whole time trying to keep his bottom on the table. He kept wiggling and pushing around. For the first time, I saw him roll from his back to stomach. I almost cried. I am so happy DJ is developing so well and I know much of his progress has come from being with you both at your day care. So excited to find a place like yours that teaches Spanish...

As a new single Mom and after 10 months of research I am overjoyed to have found two wonderful providers. I was truly blown away by PPC's 3:1 ratio. In researching childcare centers, clearly your daycare is the perfect solution for me. So excited to find a place like yours that teaches Spanish to the children. Just because you both make me laugh on so many days when I think that I can't, you are always so very kind and loving to me and my son. To top that off, you love and care for my precious little boy in spectacular fashion. He gets spoiled with you and all of the love, care, teaching and good food that you provide each and every day. Palmetto Play Care is absolutely wonderful!!!

I can say that with such strong conviction because my son and his experience at PPC is a testament to just how great the daycare is. I placed my son there when he was just about a year old. Within a couple of weeks of my son beginning at PPC, he very noticeably blossomed both academically and socially. Because of the small number of children and two providers, my son received a lot of personal attention. Ms. Sherri and Ms. Yvette are truly devoted to their jobs as caregivers, and they treat the children as if they were their own. As a matter of fact, when I initially went to check out the daycare, one of the first things that struck me was Ms. Sherri and Ms. Yvette’s sincere love and respect for the children. Now, at age four; as much as I hate to admit it, I feel it may be time to prepare for the next venture. For reasons other than the quality of care my son received, we had to make one of the hardest decisions ever and remove him from PPC; however, we are still in touch with Ms. Sherri and Ms. Yvette, and they will continue to be a part of our son’s life for as long as they will allow! I am seeing William's growth as well and happy to see your comments for the most part reflect what we are seeing at home. I am very grateful at how his time with you is helping him grow and prepare him for his new baby sister. He is very aware of the baby and talks to her almost daily. While I know there will be an adjustment period once she finally arrives, I feel more secure that he'll be ok thanks to all you help preparing him. (Monica W.)

Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to provide the report of his progress. I am extremely excited to get some direction on potty training. Of all the books that I have read on this subject, nothing has been as helpful as your instruction on how to move him in the direction on getting potty trained. I will start tonight continuing your teaching on how to put on his shoes, socks and shorts. I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done to help him become the person that he is now. Every day he does/says something new and is growing by leaps and bounds. I attribute so much of that growth to your nurturing and care of him. (E.P.)

We can't believe it's almost 6 months! We are happy to have a good relationship with you, and most importantly, that Kayla is happier than ever when she arrives at your doorstep every morning. We are glad to see that he’s now trying to show some consistency in what he does at our and at your home. He’s been telling us, not all the time, but quite frequently since his birthday that he has to go to Potty….I’m very excited to see he’s turning that corner….You may have to refresh me on the “crash course”, but we’re ready to move to the next step. We are so grateful for the love and support that he receives in your home and we look forward to watching him flourish and mature into a toddler….No more “Baby Ahmad” Thank you and we love you both!
