7:45 a.m.    Ooouu! It’s Playtime! Quiero Jugar! Individual play

8:00 a.m.    Breakfast served – Desayuno Yummy, I’m hungry!!

8:30 a.m.    Toileting, diaper changes, learning to wash my hands

9:15 a.m.    Circle time, Finger play & Puppets, Story Time Books

9:30 a.m.    Outdoor playing time / Jugar Afuera

10:45 a.m.  Toileting, diaper changes, learning to wash my hands

10:50 a.m.  Morning Snack – Merienda Yummy in my tummy!

11:15 a.m.  Music, dancing, & movement activities

11:30 p.m.  Toileting, diaper changes, learning to wash my hands

11:35 p.m.  Project Time/Arts & Crafts/My 1 on 1 Time

11:50 p.m.  Clean up my toys… time

12:00 p.m.  Lunchtime/Yes I’m Hungry again-Tengo Hambre Almuerzo

12:30 p.m.  Toileting, diaper changes, learning to wash my hands

12:45 p.m.  Infant feeding, free play and educational TV Juego Libre!

12:50 p.m.  Preparation for naptime - I’m pooped…Tengo sueño ahora

1:00-3:00    Naptime/Siesta Toddlers & Preschool

3:15 p.m.    Toileting, diaper changes, clean up my bed, hand washing

3:40 p.m.    Outdoor Play “Woopy, I get to go outside again”

4:00 p.m.    Learning Activities–each child chooses blocks, puzzles, sensory, etc.

4:20 p.m.    Infant/Toddler Snack feeding time/or just my time again

4:30 p.m.    Toileting, diaper changes, learning to wash my hands

4:40 p.m.    Spanish flash cards & 1 on 1 time (if I’m a good Listener)

5:00 p.m.    Afternoon Snack - Merienda/I’m hungry again!!

5:10 p.m.    Toileting, diaper changes, learning to wash my hands

5:15 p.m.    Prepare for home, quiet time activities or educational TV

5:30 p.m.    CLOSED FOR THE DAY! Adios Hasta mañana !!

Please note this is a broad description of an actual day. Different activities are implemented for each individual’s stage and age. Depending on the needs of the children and weather, schedules are very flexible and may vary. Each child will be encouraged, but not forced to participate in the daily activities. The children’s learning will be encouraged to be self-directed, which has been proven to be the best way for them to learn.
